Foreigners and foreign Companies are again allowed to buy Property and Properties in Turkey:

• Parliamentary's Justice Committee approved the government bill regarding the sale of Turkish property to foreigners. According to approved bill, foreigners and foreign companies will be able to purchase real estate up to 10 percent of areas in the zoning plan and max. 2,5 hectares per District. Special permission can be given after an application is made for more land to a max. of 30 hectares.
